Sports/Concert arena in downtown Grand Rapids, home of the Grand Rapids Griffins (AHL hockey) and Grand Rapids Gold (NBA G-League basketball).

Parking is available at city lots and ramps, or at on-street meters. Enter the building via the employee/service entrance on the east side (toward Ionia St.). Be aware that all employees are required to enter through a metal detector and all bags are searched, no exceptions.

Sign in is located on the loading dock in the IA office area for most events. For games, sign in is located in the third floor control booth on the north end of the building.
