Your invoice needs to be submitted to the office within 24 hours of the end of the call, and must include a copy of your sign in sheet.
Complete, accurate invoices (including sign in sheets) received by the office by 5:00pm each Friday will be submitted to UTP for payment the following Friday. Invoices not accompanied by a sign in sheet will not be paid until one is provided.
All members and referents working through Local 26 are subject to the Social Media Policy. This policy provides guidance for use of social media, which should be broadly understood to include blogs, wikis, microblogs, message boards, chat rooms, electronic newsletters, online forums, social networking sites, and other sites and services that permit users to share information with others in a contemporaneous manner.
All members and referents who are given work through Local 26 are governed by this Referral Procedure. Several changes were made in 2020 by vote of the Membership; please read the updated document below.
We understand life and work can interfere with meeting attendance, but you still want to keep abreast of what’s going on in your Local. Minutes are provided for those members unable to attend monthly membership meetings once they are approved.
UTP Group processes payroll every Friday, and submits a report of those invoices paid each week to Local 26. Since UTP cannot specify which shows were paid on each employee’s check stub, please see below for dated weekly reports of which shows paid.
UTP Group is the payroll company Local 26 uses for many employers who prefer not to have our workers on their payroll. UTP has fillable Accident forms on their website for your convenience.
In case of non-life-threatening accident/injury on a job using UTP for payroll, you MUST call the phone number on the Accident Checklist in addition to filling out the Accident Reports BEFORE seeking treatment. If an accident/injury is life-threatening, please call 911 and then proceed with the checklist. If you are working for another employer, check with your event coordinator/building representative for policy regarding injuries. ALL REPORTS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE INCIDENT!
